Developed initially for our friends over in the UK, they've decided to offer our Extra Bitter Tonic as a stand-alone product.

Jack Ruby added a richer expression of Quinine for a fuller, drier Gin & Tonic. This premium tonic pairs wonderfully with a classic, juniper forward Gin.

All of the nuanced flavors of our Original Classic Tonic Syrup that you have grown to love, with an added bitterness and none of that terrible aftertaste left behind with commercial tonic waters.

Quinine was once considered a cure for malaria. We aren't doctors, so the only thing we definitively know it will cure is the happy hour conundrum.
