This cookbook, updated for 2018, is a great guide to many of the amazing restaurants that Charleston has to offer. Holly Herrick is trained chef, food writer and critic, and local Charlestonian. She manages to create a comprehensive list of amazing dishes offered all over the city of Charleston. She includes highlights and recipes from dives to fine dining restaurants and misses nothing inbetween. The New Charleston Chef's Table provides a snapshot into the the city's culinary world.
